Well the day finally arrived, Ché started school today and what a handsome little dude he was. All the good work with his TA since pre-school, getting him prepared for the big move and in he walked liked he was king of the castle with not a bother. He was the first In through the door, hung his bag on the hook, kissed me and said, 'goodbye mammy' and off he trot into the classroom hand in hand with the teacher.That was that, the big day we had all worked so hard for, Ché joining mainstream school. Picked up the little man after three hours and he was absolutely thrilled with himself. Had a great day and hopefully it will continue.
